How we handle your information when you use this website or order a BeONE Mobile SIM from us.
Who we are
Techwiz Ventures (Registration no. 202403189566) operates SIM sales on beone5g.my as an authorized BeONE Mobile dealer serving customers across Malaysia. This notice takes effect on 3 October 2026 and covers this website and orders placed directly here. Purchases through TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada are also subject to those platforms’ notices. SIM registration and mobile service after delivery are covered by BeONE Mobile’s separate notice.
Information we collect
When you order, we receive the recipient name, email, phone, delivery address, postcode, state, SIM quantity, language choice and information you send to support. We record order references, payment amount and status, courier and tracking details, and order communications. Technical logs such as IP addresses may be processed for security and troubleshooting. This information comes from your order form, your messages and payment-provider confirmations. This website does not ask for full payment-card numbers or identity documents for SIM registration.
How we use it and your choices
We use this information to calculate delivery charges, process and confirm payment, ship SIMs, send order updates and receipts, answer questions, prevent misuse and keep records required by law. Recipient, contact and address details are needed to fulfil an order; without them we cannot complete it. We do not use order details for marketing without separate consent. You may contact us to limit optional processing or withdraw applicable consent, subject to contractual and legal obligations.
Sharing and processing outside Malaysia
We share only the necessary data with HitPay for payment, Resend for transactional email, our hosting provider for website operations, and the selected courier for delivery. Google Fonts may receive technical data when website fonts load. We may also disclose information to authorities when required by law. Some providers may process data outside Malaysia; any transfer must be handled under applicable Malaysian data-protection law. We do not sell your personal data.
Security and retention
This site uses HTTPS, restricted Admin access and a private order-status link. HitPay handles payment-card details on its hosted page; we do not store full card numbers. Please keep your private status link confidential. We keep records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal duties, then delete or de-identify data no longer required.
Your rights and contact
You may ask to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, or learn how it is used and disclosed. You may also withdraw applicable consent or object to direct marketing; some requests may be limited by legal duties or the need to complete an order.
