MNP · KEEP YOUR NUMBER

Get ready to keep your number.

Use this checklist before registering your SIM. It cannot confirm eligibility or approve a port request.

Before you start

01 · My current number is active and can receive messages.02 · The identity details on my current account are correct.03 · I have checked outstanding charges or contract obligations.04 · I will keep my current SIM active until porting is confirmed.

Your current and new providers decide the outcome under their current rules. We do not store your checklist answers.
