Place your SIM order
- Choose our website or an available marketplace on the Buy page. Check the final price and delivery terms on the channel you choose.
- For website orders, select 1–5 SIMs, enter your delivery details, review the regional delivery fee, then pay through HitPay. The SIM subtotal is RM0 on this website; the delivery fee is charged once per order.
Follow delivery
- For website orders, keep the order ID and the private status link sent to your email. Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms it.
- The status page shows preparation, shipping, courier tracking when available, and delivery. For a marketplace purchase, follow that marketplace’s own order and tracking page.
Register and choose your plan
- When the SIM arrives, follow BeONE Mobile’s current registration and identity-verification instructions. Choose whether to keep your number or register a new one.
- After registration, choose and purchase a data plan through the available BeONE channels. The plan prices displayed here are for comparison and are not charged with your SIM order.
